processes internally and externally.
• You will be a part of the Export Customer Service team in New Delhi, working
closely with colleagues and our customers.
Key responsibilities
• Responsible for coordinating the documentation of
exports and movement of cargo for customers, including the management and
distribution of documents and information related to the export functions.
• Provide customer support to facilitate the export tasks while ensuring
accurate coordination at all related verticals.
• Timely preparation of all required documentation (Customs documents including
preparation of export checklists, Bill of Lading/AWB, Billing, Service Report
Log, etc) for export customers.
• Ensure that export process is in compliance with company and industry quality
assurance standards
• Issue statistical or detailed reporting for customers as requested
• Booking & coordination of most cost effective and efficient means to
export goods within customers requirements
• Review and keep cost under control for customers in a timely manner
• Create shipping instructions
• Maintain excellent service to customers throughout the export process
including quick response to inquiries and problem resolution
• Close shipments and filing of Jobs
• Correspondence with destination office or agents
We are looking for
• Generally prefer 2-4 years of experience in
handling export documentation at office level.
• Adaptable/Flexible to change in response to new information &
requirements , different or unexpected circumstances, and help business growth
with can-do mind-set
• Native communication skills in Hindi and business level communication skill
in English, and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a
clear/concise manner
• Clear thinking and problem solving with the analytical skills
• Strong team-oriented attitude
• Skill and knowledge in Excel and other MS Office
• Knowledge of general freight forwarding terms and Incoterms
• Basic knowledge of accounting functions and relative information retrieval.
